This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment processing delays. Nothing in these terms limits clubphp's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Account Suspension and Termination

clubphp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, clubphp may withhold funds pending investigation. You may close your own account at any time by submitting a request through the FAQ support page. Upon account closure, any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, and eligible remaining balances will be returned to you through your registered payment method after verification is complete.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the clubphp platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
